No pesticides or fertilizers are used to enhance the growing process. Jute is cultivated in humid regions such as India and Bangladesh, meaning the crop is rain-fed and doesn’t require fertilizer.

Exact dimensions may vary slightly from the size stated. All-natural fibers have an individual fragrance, just as the plants they derive from have different scents. This fragrance is normally removed as a side-effect of the bleaching and dyeing process for colored jute fabric. As our Jute fabric does not undergo these dyeing processes the fragrance can still be noticeable on our jute bags.
